DAY 22  -  Sea Day

Two sea days in a row!  WooHoo!

Today we were offered a tour of the galley of the ship with the head chef, including the specialty restaurants' kitchens plus all the cold and dry storage.  

Fascinating to see how they plan so many unique meals that taste soooo good - and come out hot to the dining room tables, or to the room for room service.






This is the flour used for croissants.  They have to keep plenty on board as they are baked fresh every day,  After 4hours out in the buffet, the are considered too old and are sent down to the crew quarters.


And of course the liquor cabinet!
